In New York State, is there a statute of Involuntary Manslaughter?

I've read the Penal Code multiple times and it is not mentioned, it seems to fall under Man Two, but case law appears to indicate that people have been charged with Involuntary Manslaughter, Criminally Negligent Homicide in NYS.
