My husband cheated and says he may not be in love with me anymore. He is confused and i am so in love with him?

We have been married 9 years. We have had a rocky relationship as I have a daughter who is very manipulative and now she is 18 and left home. I was ready to start putting him first but now he says it maybe to late. I am so deeply in love with him and he was with me until he couldnt take anymore of being 2nd and me not responding to all he was giving me. He said he is 80percent happy but is lacking the intimacy level he is yearning for. I as of about 2 weeks ago have been ready to start giving and receiving that again from him and now fear it is to late. I was so consumed with my daughter i couldnt give him what he needed. I can swallow the cheating and i know we can work thru it but I have to have that man in my life and cant stand the thought of loosing him a second time. We were high school sweethearts that found each other again after years.
