How long do Medical Waivers typically take in the National Guard? 10 points best answer!?

I submitted one about 8 weeks ago, and the recruiter told me it would take about 7 weeks on the safe side to pass. There is only one opening in my state for the MOS I want so I want it to pass so I can go to MEPS soon. The recruiter told me that he would be shocked if it didn't pass because I scored great on the ASVAB and have a clean background medically and criminally (minus the shoulder problem I submitted the waiver for). So how long does a waiver typically take to pass and how much longer do you think I am going to be waiting to go to MEPS?
