Peroblems with my ipod touch?

Okay soo i downloaded fscebook and its still loading and has been over night and it didnt even start yet. So when i go to the app store to look and see if i can start over and stuff it says its downloaded? Im positive i did not pause it!! Is there any way that i can get rid of that and start over.. It doesnt let you delete it when its frozen like that.
